I am so excited to start this blog and to help women learn to fall in love with themselves. I am passionate about mental health, finding ways to achieve mental clarity, and inner peace. I believe that the techniques I have learned have greatly impacted my life and know that they can help heal you as well.
I am here to be your friend and mentor!

My story
I was born and raised in Utah by two amazing parents. I graduated high school and moved out to be a student at an excellent university. I am currently studying communications and love what I am learning. A few years back I was diagnosed with depression and I was incredibly frustrated with myself.
I was determined to find ways to make myself happy rather than become dependent on a prescription to make me feel 'okay.' While I completely respect and love all that do take antidepressants, I just felt that was not the best option for me.This was the start to my journey of becoming invested in mental health and learning techniques to combat the negativity that fills the mind.
I have taken many classes that focus on mindfulness and energy. I have been practicing yoga for years now and absolutely love it. I have a very talented and hard working mother that is a body code and emotion code practitioner as well as a massage therapist who has taught me wonderful approaches for cleansing your energy.
With all the time, effort, and money I have put into attending multiple training's and classes I have valuable information. I know this knowledge needs to be shared. I have found my way to happiness and a life I love and would love to guide you to find yours.
