Dancing is for everyone. You may be thinking 'no, not me I can't dance.' Despite those claims I argue that if you have moving limbs you are set to be a dancer. There are great benefits to dancing that you don't want to miss out on!

Why Dance?
We spend a large portion of our day sitting down. At work or classes sitting occurs for hours. Sitting lowers your energy and leaves you feeling low.
Dancing moves your energy and allows for change to happen. By stirring your energy you are opening yourself to change and transformation.
Dancing can be uncomfortable and may feel awkward especially if you are doing it alone. By dancing you are showing your mind that you are willing to do the uncomfortable which will lead you to growth.
When should I dance?
Dancing can be done at any time of your day. You choose a time for it and do it. You can dance for as long as you want or you can dance for one song and be done.
You can play music while you get ready for your day in the morning and dance around as you choose an outfit and get dressed. Or if you are a night person try it while you get ready for bed.
I am not a dancer!
You don't have to be! This dance can be done hiding in your room where no one will see you. You can move around and be as awkward as you like because, only you will see it.
You will still feel the change of energy even if you start with small things like finger dancing or bouncing your knees a little. You can pretend that you are a superstar and shake and move all over the place.
It is up to you to change your mind about who you are! If you want to make big changes in your life start with small ones such as becoming a dancer.
